Terms of Use

Last updated: July 6, 2026

The terms for using Kydo Club. By using the app you agree to them — please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

About these terms

Kydo Club (“Kydo”, “we”, “us”) is a free app that helps parents and guardians in the UK plan and discover children's activities. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. Kydo is currently a non-commercial pilot, so features may change, be added, or be removed as we develop it.

Who can use Kydo

Kydo is for parents and guardians who are 18 or over. It is not intended for children to use independently, and you are responsible for any child information you choose to add.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and do not share them. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account.

What Kydo is

Kydo helps you find and plan children's activities. Listings, search results and recommendations are there to help you decide — they are not guarantees of suitability, safety, availability, quality, or a child's experience. Kydo does not provide childcare, medical, safeguarding, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for your own judgement.

Providers and activity listings

Kydo lists third-party activity providers and places. This information may be supplied by the provider, gathered from public sources, imported, or awaiting review, and it may be incomplete or change over time. A listing is not an endorsement, booking, or guarantee. Before you decide, please check the important details — price, location, schedule, ages, safety, and any requirements — directly with the provider. Kydo does not run the activities and is not responsible for them.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for deciding what is right for your child and family — including suitability, safety, supervision, transport, provider terms, price, and timing. Kydo does not provide emergency, medical, childcare, or safeguarding services.

Content you add

You are responsible for the information you add, and you confirm you have the right to share it (including any details about your children). You give us permission to use that information to provide the app to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please use Kydo respectfully and lawfully. Do not misuse the app, try to access another user's data, scrape or copy content at scale, interfere with the service or its security, or submit false, unlawful, or harmful information.

Availability

Kydo is a free pilot and is provided “as is”. We cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and features may change or be withdrawn as the product develops.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Kydo is not liable for the acts of third-party providers, for decisions you make using the app, or for indirect or unexpected losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law — for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. These terms do not affect any legal rights you have as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can stop using Kydo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or withdraw access if these terms are breached, or if we need to for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections and the right to bring claims in the courts where you live.
