These Terms describe the Kydo Club parent-only beta discovery and support experience.
Beta nature
Kydo Club is currently in beta. Features, provider information, activity information, discovery results, and support processes may be incomplete, may change, or may be removed as the product develops.
Parent and guardian use
The beta is intended for parents and guardians exploring children's activities. It is not intended for children to use independently.
Discovery and decision support only
Kydo provides discovery and recommendation decision-support only. Recommendations and discovery results are decision-support only. They are not guarantees of suitability, safety, availability, outcomes, coaching quality, or a child's experience.
No commercial or access features in beta
Kydo does not currently provide booking, reservation, payment, live availability, subscription, or credits in this beta. A register-interest or contact-Kydo action is not a booking, reservation, confirmed trial, or provider acceptance.
Provider information
Provider and activity information may be incomplete, provider-supplied, gathered from public sources, imported, awaiting review, or subject to change. Parents should check provider terms, prices, locations, schedules, attendance details, and any participation requirements before deciding whether to proceed.
Parent responsibility
Parents and guardians remain responsible for checking suitability, safety, provider terms, price, location, timing, attendance details, transport, supervision arrangements, and any other details relevant to their child or family. Kydo does not provide emergency, medical, childcare, safeguarding, or professional advice.
Acceptable use
Please use Kydo respectfully and only for parent discovery and enquiry support. Do not misuse the app, attempt to access another user's data, interfere with the service, or submit false or harmful information.
Changes
Kydo may update these beta Terms as the product changes. If the beta scope expands beyond discovery and enquiry support, these Terms should be reviewed before broader use.
